Warranty
Homeowner Inspection & Warranty Program:
The ANV Group does not use “third party” warranty insurance companies.
The ANV Group personally Warrants all of their work.
Beware there maybe other builders who claim that they will come out and do the warranty before they call the warranty company; Have them put it in writing and we would suggest using the term, "the builder is responsible for there warranty"
- One year all labor and material of (see downloads section warranty)
- Two year, appliances, sump pumps, fireplaces, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing (manufactures warranty still apply)
- Ten year structural (manufactures warranty still apply)
- Homeowner inspection at the following stages:
- Pre-construction meeting inspection
- Pre-settlement inspection
- 120 day inspection
- On call superintendent for private inspection
-Five draw inspections
1) Foundation
2) Frame
3) Rough-ins
4) Exterior coverings and cabinets
5) Final Inspection
-24 ANV inspections
-11 third party engineers inspections (7 required by PWC & Fairfax county's)
-Daily on site superintendent meeting and inspecting all trades people and there activities.
