We can do site work for a fee. However we have a free consulting service, when you purchase a home, in which we provide a listing of names, numbers, expected cost, etc. We also will assist you in acquiring your building and demo permit(s) from the county. However, a third party must get all other necessary permits. The definition of site work is below under responsibilities.

Site work cost can average from $45,000 - $60,000 for a normal lot. It can (rarely) go higher depending on your lot conditions. A flat lot with a basic septic requirement will fit "normal" criteria.

Model Home and Showroom are available by appointment only. Call between 8:30 am and 4:45 pm Mon - Friday to set up an appointment.

Estimated build time - 180 to 220 days subject to unforeseen delays from start of construction. (9 to 12 months including time for permits.)

ANV Responsibility
* Assist in obtaining permits
* Concrete foundations and wood frames
* Plumbing, electrical, heating and air conditioning
* Brick, siding, roofing
* Drywall, trim, interior and exterior paint
* Carpeting, hardwood, tile, vinyl flooring
* Handrails, cabinets, countertops
* Security systems, garage doors, and much more
* Gas pipes, appliances, fireplace, mirrors, locks
* Consultant for all site development work (everything shown to the right)

Homeowner or Other Vendor Responsibilities
* Obtaining permits
* Tearing down old homes
* Acquiring Grading Plans
* Providing a dumpster, Porter-Jon, and erosion control
* Establishing & maintaining construction entrances
* Acquiring and connecting all utilities
* Landscaping
* Installing driveways, sod, and mailboxes
* Observing any owner association or government regulations and fees.
* Average estimated site development costs between $45,000 and $60,000.

ANV Warranty
* Ten year structural warranty.
* Two year warranty on:
- Electrical
- HVAC
- Plumbing
- Appliances
- Furnaces and sump pump
* One year warranty on all construction material and installation
