What does this Mean?

1) HAVING (House)
Go through the ANV Homes; "Home Tour" & "Library" to find a home that suits your needs.

2) FUN (Footprint Lock)
Go through the footprint brochure and choose a footprint of the home which you have chosen. This is where you sign a contract with us. A grading plan engineer must confirm that the footprint of the house fits on your lot.

3) ELEVATES (Elevation Lock)
Choose a look for the front of the house which includes: porches, hip roofs, columns, ceiling heights, bay windows, fireplaces, etc.

4) LIFE (Layouts Lock)
This is where you will choose your interior walls, the number and size of the baths, rooms, closets, kitchens etc.

5) FOREVER (Finishes Lock)
Choose your upgrade: 1st upgrade carpet, 4th upgrade tile.


Locking in your contract

Step #1 Find a house you like and start making selections, pricing, size and layouts based on that house.

Step #2 Sign a contract when you are sure on exterior walls of the home or the "Footprint", This is called the "Footprint/Contract Lock". Please remember that once you lock in a selection you can not unlock the selection.

Step #3 Choose an elevation or look, finalize all exterior bumps, like fireplaces and bays. Finalize any ceiling heights; This is called the Elevation Lock.

Step #4 Make selection on layouts. (How interior walls will be laid out) This is called the Layout Lock.

Step #5 Pick finishing packages. Upgrades, Example: 3rd upgrade cabinets, 4th upgrade counter tops in master. However the actual color in that selection still be made.
This is called Finance Lock.

Finally
Have a Pre-construction meeting to go over any final color selections and last minute questions before construction begins. At this point no changes can be made (Final Lock).
